These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “the user”) and TrackAI (“TrackAI”, “we”, “us”, “the app”). They govern your access to and use of the TrackAI website, web app and any related mobile app (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, tapping “I agree”, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TrackAI is a personal spending-tracking and budgeting tool. You can set a monthly spending limit, record or import transactions, organise them into categories, set savings goals, and view summaries and AI-generated insights about your own spending. TrackAI is an informational and organisational tool only. It is not a bank, payment service, lender, broker, money-transfer service, or regulated financial institution, and it does not hold, store, move, or have access to your money or bank accounts except to display information you or a connected service provide.
Everything in the Service — including budgets, projections, categories, reports, and AI-generated insights or answers — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to take or avoid any action. Figures may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before making important ones. TrackAI has no fiduciary duty to you.

The Service may connect to or rely on third parties (for example payment providers, cloud hosting, Google sign-in or calendar, and payment-app or bank connections you choose to link). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and linking them is at your own choice and risk.
Your data is yours. We use it to provide the Service and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app.
The Service — its software, design, name, logo, and content (other than the data you add) — belongs to TrackAI and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal use under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We work to keep the Service running, but we don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Keep your own records of anything important.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information in the Service is accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackAI and anyone involved in creating or operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, profits, savings, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we were told such damages were possible. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackAI from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we reasonably need to (for example, legal or security reasons). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, you agree that the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service.
